This organization for me is one with a passion for what we do individually and collectively.

My job is to focus that passion and to channel what each individual brings, so that we can address the causes of poverty and assist people to arrive at a place of sustainability.

I'm fortunate to have worked both in technology companies and as an organizer, so I understand every part of what is being done here.

I have a strong background in strategic planning, partnership planning and technical planning but I feel my real strength is in my ability to take the complexity of public policy and the complexity of sophisticated technology and meld them to offer something that is simple for people to use.

Counselors are at the core of delivering all our services; we need to take this complexity and in a few short hours train someone on how to help their neighbors get access to what is so badly needed. Marrying research and technology to make the complex simple to use is my daily challenge.
